Faculty Profile

The Faculty of Social Sciences is dedicated to advancing knowledge through a diverse range of educational, teaching, research, and non-academic activities. Our focus includes studying, discussing, and introducing the dynamics of social and political developments in Indonesian Islam, with the goal of enhancing understanding both within Indonesian society and the international community.

The Faculty of Social Sciences offers three programs: MA in Political Science, Ph.D. in Political Science, and MPP specializing in Climate Change.

These programs are designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in political science and public policy, addressing critical issues and fostering expertise in these dynamic fields. Through a combination of rigorous coursework and research opportunities, students gain a deep understanding of complex social and political phenomena. Our programs prepare graduates to tackle contemporary challenges and contribute meaningfully to their respective fields.

  3. To produce and disseminate excellent research results that serve as references for the academic community and national and international policymakers.
  4. To develop an academic community committed to addressing social-political issues and governance challenges in an increasingly complex global environment.
