On October 23, 2024, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), in collaboration with the Faculty of Social Sciences UIII and the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences UGM, co-organized a national workshop in Yogyakarta themed “Reassessing the Direction and Strategy of Indonesia’s Foreign Policy.” This workshop, supported by MoUs with both CSIS and Fisipol UGM, gathered young lecturers from universities across Indonesia who were identified as emerging scholars in foreign policy. The event aimed to foster a strong network of future foreign policy analysts while exploring innovative ideas to reshape Indonesia’s foreign policy strategy.
